Strategy Review and Staff Augmentation
Seaway Access Consulting supported a small US-based company shortly after the launch of its first product into a competitive market. We provided a review of market access strategy along with support in implementing recommendations. We also augmented the existing commercial team by filling in as the external facing account management team, calling on IDNs, plans and PBMs.
